Wedding Invite

Someone I know (You know who you are LOL) is getting married this year and asked me for advice about making her own wedding invitations. Heres one to start with, very simple to make, perfect for a newbie paper crafter!! Her colour scheme is purple so Ive used Stampin Up's Wysteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant and the "Charming" stamp set. Ive shadow stamped the flower and accented with glitter although you cant see that in the photo!

March DT

One of the DT challenges was to make a card that moved. This is a "Spring" card which is designed to spring out at you when opened. Great I thought but it leans to one side when on the mantlepiece! A bit annoying! Colours are Cherry Cobbler with Pumpkin Pie and Ive used Ranger inks to distress. SAB freebie "Bliss" stamp set

Next a sketch. Colours are Bravo Burgundy, Baja Breeze & River Rock and Vintage Vogue stamps. Dazzling Diamonds for the glitzy flowers

Then a challenge to do the "Caught in Crystal technique". A bit messy but fun....two die cuts of stamped acrylic sandwiched with crystal effects and glitter and/or tissue paper, Colours Pear Pizzazz
